Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. dg52 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact our support team immediately.
Dg52 reserves the right to require additional identity verification at any time, including identity document checks, to maintain platform integrity and ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
By using the dg52 platform, you agree not to engage in any activity that:
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations in Malaysia;
- Defrauding, misleading, or causing harm to dg52 or other users;
- Using automated software, bots, or other unauthorised technical means to exploit the platform;
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to dg52's systems, servers, or databases;
- Disrupting the normal operation of the platform or compromising the security of other users;
- Registering an account using a false identity or another person's information without their consent.
Dg52 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, termination of access, or reporting to the relevant authorities.
4. Payment Information & Transactions (MYR)
All financial transactions on the dg52 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that the payment details you provide are accurate and valid. dg52 will not be held liable for any payment delays or failures caused by inaccurate information.
Deposits that have been successfully credited to your account are non-refundable except under circumstances specifically set out in our withdrawal policy. All withdrawal requests are subject to internal review and may require additional identity verification before being processed.
Dg52 reserves the right to decline or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity. If your account is linked to such activity, your account balance may be frozen while an investigation is carried out.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policy

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dg52 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to data loss, service disruptions, or financial losses.
Dg52 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors, technical disruptions, or viruses. We strive to maintain continuous platform availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime at all times.
Account Suspension & Closure
Dg52 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, platform abuse, or a security threat. Users whose accounts have been closed due to a terms violation are not entitled to recover any funds associated with the unlawful activity.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support. Any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard policy within the stipulated timeframe.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments to Terms
